| Why do I save resources with MCC © ? |
When the operating system starts, several memory resident applications are loaded which use your computer resources. A good practice is to limit the quantity of applications to those really necesary for your habitual work, and load the rest only when needed. For example, if your Pc loads a firewall when starting and it is not conected to internet, it will be misusing resources and that will happend with other applications.
Allowing MCC © load these programs for you automatically, you will be saving resources that will be available for other applications and you won´t need to activate these applications when connecting to the Internet.

| How many pages can I open at the same time? |
As many as your computer resources allow.

| Are the hidden windows always harmful? |
No. Sometimes, especially if your Pc is a little slow or short of resources, the page requested needs several seconds to be opened in a new window. While being loaded it remains invisible, and it will probably be detected by MCC ©, if it takes too long to load and act according to the setting of the applications. If the window opens at your request, simply ignore the message and continue working, MCC © won't affect the normal operation of the program and will show the information you had requested when loading is finished. On the other hand, if after some seconds a window with strange codes or pointing an unknown adress appears you should verify it and eventually close it.

| If I want to open a group of pages, is it convenient to check their checkboxes to open them using the Selected Open button? |
It depends on the start-up setting of the application if you choose Open all the selected pages automatically, it will probably be not convinient as you should uncheck all the check boxes before and then select them again before closing the application in order to open the same pages automatically in the next session. Instead, its convinient to group up all the pages using search keys, make a search and open an entire group of pages.(see instructions below).
On the contrary, if the selected pages don´t open when starting MCC ©, then checking and unchecking the search boxes will be very usefull.

| How can I check / uncheck quickly all the checkboxes in the Favourites Url List? |
Just click on the check box of the main mode My links. All the modes of the Url Favourite List. will be checked automatically. The same behaviour is verified when cheking every folder: all the folders and pages in it would be checked or unchecked, according to the state of the parent folder checkbox.

| How can I open groups of pages easily without mark the checkboxes? |
When creating a new item in your Favourites URL List, or editing it, you can enter search keys in the corresponding control. Then, you can make a search with that keys, select all the results using the combination Ctrl + A keys or through the contextual menu (right mouse button) and open all the pages with just one click on the Open selected button in the toolbar of the searches form. Of course, also you'll be able to, using the mouse and Ctrl or Shift keys, select some pages to open without necessity of opening all of them.

| Can I enter more than one search key? |
Yes, as many as you want. For example, when creating or editing a page, yoou can enter the key words: "Newspaper News Notices" and the search using one, two or three keys simultaneously. When adding more than one key, you will be able to define groups and subgroups of pages.

| When executing a search, should I write the exact text search, or can I enter just a part? |
You can enter only a part of the search chain. If you enter for example "as" as a search chain, you will obtain all the folders and pages that contain this text in their data.

| Is it possible that MCC © opens the same page twice? |
Yes, MCC © doesn't verify what page is already open, it just open the one that is requested. When pressing the Open selected button twice without modifying the checkboxes of the Favourites Url List, you will obtain a duplicate of the same page / groups of pages. Any other method used to open pages will act in the same way.

| If I modify Favorites or Bookmarks of my browser, how can I see them in the Favourites URL List? |
Delete the folder guaranted when inporting the links and create it again, in this way you will save all the changes made.

| What should I know about the button Bosses and Children and the invisible mode? |
When a page is in invisible mode, all its dialogues and messages sent will be invisible, just as if you have chosen to hide aditional programs. However, the icons in the systray (the small icons on the right side of the taskbar of your operating system, next to the clock) will remain visible. Keep in mind that the invisible mode won't affect the windows created after MCC © sends the order to hyde everything. If you open a new window browser and before this window is open you active the Bosses and Children button there is a possibility that this window remains visible.
Also take into account that the additional program is placed in your operating system queue, there are if its very busy, it can take more seconds to be completed.

| Some invisible pages are closed by themeselves. When does this happen? |
In some cases , invisible pages can apparently close by themselves. Some programs (not MCC ©), close the invisible pages before opening a new one. This has been seen for example in some mail clients. Unfortunately, no solution has been found to this problem so far.

| Can I use my registration key to register the program in more than one PC? |
No, the registration key will only allow you to use the application in the PC in which the program was registered
|
| I modified or changed my machine configuration and when I try to register the program with my old registration key the Upgrade, registration and purchase window appears, what should I do? |
User's key identifies the equipment in which the program was installed. If you change its configuration (or replaces it), you will probably have to ask for a new key. For this, select the option Upgrade in the Upgrade, registration and purchase form. Remember you will be able to use the upgrade only once every 30 (thirty) days.

| Does the program send data through Internet? For what purpose and for how long? |
Yes. During evaluation period, MCC © will send data to Api Tuan Software © web server to verify that the application is not used for a longer period than allowed by the developer. The information sent identifies the equipment in wich MCC © is being used and the software copy. This data is not transmited with the purpose to identify the user, his surfing habits, personal information, or any other data that has not been explicity indicated. Once the user has acquired and register the software, one last packet of data is sent to the server (in the session after registration), stopping them all contact with our server.

| Can I distribute copies of MCC © ? |
Yes, if you don't make any kind of modification, neither in the file installed, or in none of the application components. The copies that you can distribute must be EXACTLY the same as the created and distributed by ATS and they will only be used during the application test period. Once this period is finished users who have received the distributed copies must register them (making the corresponding payment) or uninstal the application. Anyhow, the user can give his user key to a third person.
